Plan Upgrade
If you have purchased Karty Essential, you can upgrade to Karty Advanced. An upgrade before the license renewal date will cost only a monthly rate (Rs. 500/-) multiplied by the number of months remaining in your current license. Eg: If you have 5 months remaining in your license, you can upgrade by paying 500*5= Rs. 2500/-
Inventory
Our inventory will help you schedule pickups from the locations and transfer from inventory to inventory or inventory to store.
Website
For the website add-on; the custom domain cost varies from Rs. 500/- per year to 5 Lakhs for premium domains. (Most sites will be around Rs. 1500 per year)
Either we can purchase the domain for you or you can do it and point the nameservers to us.
The basic blog page of a website can be Rs. 2999. For more premium templates cost goes up.
The basic custom page of a website can be Rs. 1999. For more premium pages with more content, the cost goes up
Branded App
A Branded mobile app does not have an upfront design & development cost and also it doesn’t have annual maintenance. It only has a simple annual subscription amount which must be paid at the starting of each year Modifications are of two types: primary content modification & secondary content modification.
- Primary content modification means changes in the layout and design, app logo and colour scheme, etc.
- Secondary content modification means changes in the items, item description, company logo, etc. These can be changed on the Karty provider side itself. Adding a blog, newsfeed, adding a picture to the photo etc.
To upload your Branded Mobile App to the Apple App Store, the cost of creating an Apple Developer Account will have to be paid by the customer in addition to the price mentioned in the branded app add-on. (This costs $99 per year as of June 2024.)
Additional Users
Additional users cannot be purchased for the Karty Essential Plan, only for the Karty Advanced Plan.
We provide 3 user types namely, Admin, Doctor, Assistant and they have the same cost. Once the RBAC is complete, custom user types can be created and not limited to just these 3 types and respective capabilities.
WhatsApp Credits
1 credit will allow you to have a 24-hour WhatsApp conversation of the same type with your customer. We offer discounts on bulk purchases.
Utility WhatsApp Credits are for alerts, reminders and feedback request messages to customers
Marketing WhatsApp Credits are for sending promotional messages to customers.
SMS Credits
1 SMS credit can be used to send 1 SMS (up to 160 characters) to your customers. Between 161-320 characters will cost 2 Credits, and so on.
